This can be caused by dirt or debris entering the pump and becoming caught in the working parts. Remove the end cover of the pump by first unscrewing the three Socket Head screws and lifting off the cover.
Clean the impeller vanes ensuring you remove any dirt particles caught between the ends of the vanes and the impeller housing.
Do not over-tighten head scrws when reassenbling.
