4.Why my machine can not be cool and not making slushy?

1.Please check whether the AB indicator light is on. 2.Check the gears of cylinders A and B. It may be that the gears are set too low, causing the machine to not cool down 3.Let the machine run for 2 hours and see what temperature is displayed on the control panel. 4. If you have tried all the above methods but the machine still cannot cool, please follow the video to restore the machine to factory settings. See if it works. 5.Note: The machine is not designed for sugar-free liquids. Make sure the total of sugar and pure alcohol exceeds 14% (e.g. 7% sugar and 7% pure alcohol). (e.g. 7% sugar and 7% pure alcohol, or 4% sugar and 10% pure alcohol, or 14% sugar and 0% alcohol).
