Sorry that our humidor have no function of controlling humidity, and can only adjust humidity through external conditions. Please try the following suggestions.
--Please wipe the interior with distilled water to increase the internal humidity.
--It is recommended to use a humidifier pack. Please use a humidity control pack with a higher relative humidity to see if you can reach 70%? Some customers easily reach 70% after using an 84% humidity control pack.
