1. Please take out the water adding device and humidity control box. Perhaps you could turn the temperature of your humidor to the lowest setting to allow the humidity to drop faster.
2. Once the humidity drops to 60%, maybe you can place the water box first. If there is no change in humidity when the humidor is running at the lowest temperature, there may be a problem with the hygrometer. If so, please let us know.
3. The optimal temperature for cigars is 65-75℉ and the optimal humidity is 70%. If the required humidity is 70%, maybe you can set the temperature at 70℉.
4. Afterwards, please wait a moment for the water device to increase the humidity.
5. If 70% cannot be reached, the humidity can be increased by gradually adding water or placing a humidity control bag.
6. If the humidity is above 70%, you can adjust the humidity by reducing water or using a humidity conditioning bag.
