Why does the pump stop working after using it for a while?
In order to move forward to your case, could you please kindly help us do the following troubleshooting methods:
1.Please make sure the battery wires are properly connected to the battery. RedClip to +ve. (The red wire is cut and connected to the + pole, that is, the red wire is peeled off and connected to the positive pole of the electric pump).
2.Please check whether the fuse (25A) under the plastic pump switch cover is intact.
3.Please remove the pump end cover and connect the power supply to the white and black wires for testing.
4.If the motor still does not work, remove the 3 top cover bolts and check for rust or blockage. Do not over-tighten the screws when replacing the top cover, as this will jam the rotor on the top cover and prevent the motor from rotating and fusing.
