Why is my humidor not cooling?
1.Please kindly provide these temperature information: ambient temperature, set temperature, temperature displayed on the humidor.
2.After setting the temperature, please wait a few hours to see if the temperature reaches the set temperature.
3. Please unplug the humidor and check the temperature inside the humidor.
4. Please move the humidor to a warmer place indoors.
5. Please set the temperature to a lower value to see if it works.
