Why is my humidor not working when it is powered on?
1. Check if there is electricity in the socket and try another socket
2. Check from the vent next to it to see if there is a light on the power board.
Normally, both the red and green lights are on. If only the red light is on, it may be that the temperature control board wire is loose. If no light is on, it should be that the plug has no electricity.
