Why only one side of my slushy machine can work?

Please kindly help us confirm the following points: 1.This machine can work well under strictly controlled liquid ratios, please ensure the ratio of sugar to pure alcohol exceeds 14% (for example, 7% sugar and 7% pure alcohol, or 4% sugar and 10% pure alcohol, or 14% sugar and 0% alcohol). 2.Please kindly replace the capacitor and capacitor in the picture and see if the motor can rotate after replacement. If the material cylinder still cannot rotate after replacement, it means the big motor is broken.
