Why won't my ice maker turn on?

Please kindly help us do the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Check whether the reading plate is blank
2. Check whether the power supply is working properly
If the reading board is blank and there is no problem with the power supply, Could you please kindly send us a short video for our reference at Service@callsupports.com ?
it may be that a capacitor on the motherboard is burned out and needs to be replaced with a capacitor of more than 20A. Or replace the entire motherboard.
